These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the giveaway.aliciacampbellphoto.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Alicia Campbell Photography (“Alicia Campbell Photography”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Alicia Campbell Photography, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.
1. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of Canada.
Only one entry per couple is permitted.
By entering, participants confirm that the information provided is accurate.
2. Prize Details
The selected winners will receive:
A waiver of the engagement photography session fee (valued at $450+HST)
One 10-inch luxury portrait gift print (valued at $800+HST)
Total maximum value: $1,250 CAD.
No cash value.
The 10-inch luxury portrait print may be traded-in and applied as a credit toward other products during the Reveal Session, should the winner choose to purchase additional products. Should the winner choose to book Alicia Campbell Photography for their wedding, all digital photos from the engagement photography session will be provided free of cost.
3. Selection & Notification
Two couples will be selected based on eligibility and fit for the style of the session.
The winners will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be chosen.
All decisions made by Alicia Campbell Photography are final.
4. Session Details
The engagement session must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of the winner announcement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Session dates are subject to photographer availability.
Locations outside the Greater Toronto Area may incur additional travel fees.
5. Reveal Session & Products
Following the engagement session, the winner will attend a virtual Reveal Session to view their images.
Additional photographs, wall art, albums, or products will be available for purchase but no additional purchases are required.
The included 10-inch luxury portrait can be:
Received as a finished print or used as a credit toward any upgraded art purchase.
Unpurchased photos are retired after the Reveal Session for privacy and storage reasons.
6. Model Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that:
Alicia Campbell Photography may use images from the session for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
7. Conditions
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
If the winner cancels the session without rescheduling, the prize may be forfeited.
Alicia Campbell Photography reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if necessary.
8. Agreement
By submitting an entry form, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
